Mamicile care alapteaza au nevoie de o alimentatie cat mai corecta si echilibrata, cu un aport de calorii mai mare decat in mod normal, dar pe care le pot obtine din preparate sanatoase. 

Alimentatia in timpul alaptarii are efect asupra modului in care bebelusul se hraneste dar contribuie si la mentinerea tonusului si sanatatii mamei. 

Dieta, in cazul in care alaptezi, nu trebuie sa contina prajeli, alimente cu multi aditivi sau foarte multe condimente, cofeina, medicamente sau ceaiuri speciale pentru slabit. Consuma fructe, lactate, proteine, cat mai multe lichide, alimente care contin calciu, fier si vitamine!

bei mult ceai de chimen pentru mai mult lapte si pentru mai putini colici la copiii si fructele nu prea sunt indicate si nici prajelile si nici orezul

Cand alaptezi trebuie sa ai grija ce mananci: adio cafea, alcool, iaurturi, bauturi acidulate, fructe ce pot provoca alergii. Lista poate continua. Copilul meu a avut colici si eu am fost stresata ca nu mancam ce trebuie, asa ca redusesem alimentele drastic.

Eu stiu ca si somnul conteaza cand aplaptezi si trebuie sa bei cat mai multa apa daca vrei sa ai o cantitate mai mare de lapte. Eu aveam cam putin lapte si am luat un tratament - galactogil, dar mai bine intrebi medicul. 

Nu ai voie capsuni sau cirese, nuci, miere - fiindca se poate ca bebelusul sa devina alergic. 

Si inca ceva, cu cat ii dai mai mult sa bea cu atat vei avea mai mult lapte, cel putin asa a fost la mine. :)

Eu pot sa va spun ce mi-a recomandat doctorul si eu respect:

- carne de vita, peste, lactate, cereale, fructe si legume am voie

- nu am voie prajeli sau grasimi

- nu am voie condimentat - piperat sau picant clar interzis

- sa mananc lapte, branza dulce, oua de casa (nu din comert ca cica sunt toxice)

- sa nu mananc ceapa, usturoi (chiar daca bunicile si mamele noastre ne zic asa, cica ar creste lactatia dar e fals!) 

- sa nu manac multe fructe si legume, doar 3-4 intr-o zi

- sa nu iau pastile fara sa intreb doctorul

- evident, fara alcool, fumat, cafea, sucuri din comert, ceaiuri pentru slabit...
