Reteta de friptura picanta de miel este potrivita pentru cei care prefera carnea de miel sau pentru perioada sarbatorilor pascale. Friptura de miel constituie un meniu elegant si satios, aromat si nutritiv. Carnea de miel este o sursa buna de proteine, de vitamina B12 si B3. Mielul este o carne cu putine grasimi saturate, iar atunci cand este pregatit corect, aduce toate beneficiile.

Ingrediente

  • 2 lingurite de ulei de masline
  • o lingurita de seminte de coriandru macinate
  • o lingurita de seminte de fenicul macinate
  • o lingurita de pudra de ardei rosii iuti
  • sare grunjoasa si piper proaspat macinat
  • ulei vegetal pentru gatit
  • 2 lamai taiate in sferturi
  • 400-500 grame de pulpa de miel

Mod de preparare

Intr-un vas se amesteca uleiul de masline cu semintele de coriandru, de fenicul, pudra de ardei iuti, o lingurita de sare si un sfert de lingurita de piper.

Pulpa de miel se da prin amestecul de condimente. Carnea de miel se lasa la marinat timp de 30 de minute la temperatura camerei sau se poate pastra intr-un recipient la frigider.

Se incinge gratarul la temperatura medie spre mica. Se unge gratarul cu ulei. Pulpa de miel se asaza pe gratar. Se acopera gratarul. Pentru o carne facuta medie se lasa carnea sa se prajeasca 6-8 minute pentru fiecare parte.

Se ia apoi carnea de miel si se plaseaza pe un platou. Se acopera platoul cu folie de aluminiu si se lasa sa se stea asa pret de 5 minute.

Bucatile de lamaie se asaza pe gratar si se coc pret de 1 minut. Se intorc in acest timp. Pulpa de miel se serveste cu bucati de lamaie.
