Pasca fara aluat cu vanilie

Pasca este un preparat culinar pe care femeile il gatesc cu ocazia sarbatorilor de Paste. Conform traditiei, pasca se pregateste in Joia Mare si se coace inainte sa apuna soarele. Forma ei poate sa difere: rotunda, pentru a simboliza pruncul Iisus Hristos sau dreptunghiulara, ca simbol al Mormantului Sfant.

De multe ori, pasca se impodobeste cu o cruce tot din aluat pentru amintirea chinurilor suferite de Mantuitor pe cruce. Fie ca este coapta din aluat simplu, asemanator cu cel al painii sau contine o compozitie de branza si oua, pasca inca se prepara dupa retete culinare traditionale mai ales in zonele rurale.

Ingrediente

  • 1 kg branza de vaci
  • 1 plic budinca vanilie
  • 250 ml smantana
  • 6 linguri faina
  • 6 oua
  • 200 gr zahar pudra
  • 200 gr stafide
  • 1 lingurita praf copt
  • coaja rasa de lamaie
  • vanilie

Mod de preparare

In primul rand se amesteca branza cu galbenusurile, zaharul si smantana. Se adauga apoi praful de budinca, faina si praful de copt si se amesteca pana cand compozitia devine omogena. Se adauga coaja rasa de lamaie, vanilia si stafidele care au fost inmuiate in prima faza fie in apa fiarta fie in esenta de rom.

La final se adauga albusurile batute spuma tare si se amesteca usor, cu o lingura de lemn.

Pentru a coace pasca ai nevoie de o forma de copt cu margini detasabile. Se tapeteaza forma de copt cu hartie de copt si se toarna compozitia.

Se lasa in cuptor la foc mic pana se rumeneste suprafata. Nu te speria daca pare necoapta, fiindca partea din interior se va intari dupa ce scoti pasca din cuptor.

Inainte sa fie taiata felii, pasca trebuie lasata sa se raceasca.
