Reteta de supa de ardei copti rosii si crutoane cu usturoi si parmezan reprezinta un aperitiv delicios, usor si racoritor. Este o alegere perfecta pentru un pranz in timpul verii sau pentru o cina usoara. Ardeii copti sunt cu siguranta in topul preferintelor culinare romanesti, iar combinatia cu parmezan si usturoi din crutoane ii da acestui preparat un gust magnific.

Ingrediente

  • 2 lingurite de ulei de masline
  • un morcov curatat, spalat si tocat
  • 1/2 de lingurita piper
  • o jumatate de cana sau o cana cu ceapa tocata marunt
  • 2 lingurite cu pudra de usturoi
  • 2 conserve de cate 400 de grame de rosii in suc propriu
  • un borcan de 500 de grame de ardei copti, rosii, tocati
  • 2 cesti cu supa de pui
  • 3/4 de cana cu smantana grasa
  • 1/2 de lingurita sare
  • usturoi si crutoane cu parmezan pentru asezonare

Mod de preparare

Se incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie mare la foc mediu.

Se adauga morcovul, ceapa, ceapa frantuzeasca si pudra de usturoi.

Se gateste ametsecul pret de 4-5 minute. Morcovul trebuie sa devina moale iar ceapa translucida. Se adauga apoi rosiile in suc propriu, ardeii copti si supa de pui. Se reduce focul si se tine vasul pret de 15 minute, fara capac deasupra.

Se opreste focul apoi si se adauga smantana grasa.

Se transfera supa intr-un alt vas si se paseaza folosindu-se blenderul. Textura supei trebuie sa fie consistenta. Sa fie asemeni unui piure. Se adauga apoi sare si piper. Se varsa apoi supa in boluri si se garniseste cu crutoane.
