   Buna! Voi ce faceti ca sa va intariti sistemul imunitar? Eu am avut dintotdeauna un sistem imunitar mai slabit si tot cautand remedii pentru intarirea lui.

Buna Sophie!   Da, din pacate si eu am probleme cu sitemul imunitar, ma simt slabita,  nu ma pot concentra cum trebuie la nimic si chiar este o perioada foarte solicitanta la munca. Ma simt epuizata constant si nu inteleg care este cauza. O prietena mi-a spus ca ea a suferit de astenie si ca avea aceleasi stari ca si mine si mi-a recomandat sa iau Enerion, un medicament care ar reda starea de energie destul de rapid.  Vreau insa mai multe pareri, voi ce lucruri ati auzit despre el sau daca l-ati incercat si mai bine? Multumesc!

In primul rand consuma cat mai multe legume si fructe crude, mult usturoi, miere (daca nu esti alergica), ceaiuri din plante care curata organismul si il intaresc. Nu uita de aerosoli mai ales acum vara (stat pe plaja de la 8-10 dimineata).

Pentru un sistem imunitar puternic trebuie sa consumi suficienta vitamina C (lamaile, portocalele sunt perfecte mai ales iarna), vitamina E (seminte, migdale) si zinc. Spanacul, morcovul sunt recomandate tot pt intarirea sistemului imunitar. Propolisul, Gingsengul, seleniul (din ton, nuci).
