Despre codul muncii si drepturile mamicilor

Vreau sa dezbatem problemele legale de care se lovesc femeile, dar mai ales mamicile. 

Sunt multe situatii in care angajatorul profita de faptul ca somajul este ridicat si ameninta angajatii prin diverse metode -  fie ca ii dau afara daca nu indeplinesc munca, fie ca le taie orele suplimentare daca nu fac mai mult, fie ca nu le mai dau salariul daca nu stau peste program, etc. 

Voi ce probleme de munca aveti sau ati avut si cum ati rezolvat situatia? Ce stiti despre drepturile pe care le au femeile, dar mai ales mamicile si ce putem face sa ne aparam locul de munca si demnitatea?

E bine sa nu te lasi calcata in picioare, avem drepturi si trebuie sa le avem pana la capat.

Multi patroni au propria lege dupa care se ghideaza, asa ca, daca nu le mai convine, te pot da afara de la job chiar imediat ce te-ai intors din CIC. Fetelor care aveti probleme de acest gen, nu va lasati calcate in picioare!Studiati legile si aparati-va !

Parintele va primi o indemnizatie lunara in cuantum de 75% din media veniturilor nete realizate pe ultimele 12 luni, care nu poate fi mai mica de 600 lei si nici mai mare de 1.200 lei.

    Din pacate, se pare ca drepturile celor care vor sa devina/au devenit mame sunt din ce in ce mai limitate de lege si nu numai atat, se profita de pe urma asa zisei crize incat am ajuns sa ne intrebam in orice moment "ce ne mai rezerva ziua de maine?"

    Eu am dat compania la care am lucrat in judecata, deoarece in timp ce eram in CIC mi s-a restructurat postul. Ce este cel mai grav cu aceasta firma, este faptul ca niciuna din persoanele care se afla in acest moment in concediul de ingrijire copil nu vor mai fi primite inapoi, chiar daca postul nu le-a fost restructurat. Trist insa este ca nimeni nu face public acest lucru. Management-ul a  gasit o cale de a le "inchide gura" prin oferirea a 2-3 salarii in plus daca iti dai demisia sau a numai maxim 3 salarii daca vrei ca postul sa fie restructurat. S-a recurs la acest tertip ca sa nu declare la ITM ca de fapt este vorba de o "restructurare colectiva".
