Sirop de muguri de brad faceam cand eram  la mama acasa,acum nu am mai facut de mult timp,si cel de papadie este foarte bun,dar la fel nu am facut niciodata,doar am baut la cineva,iar freshuri fac din portocafe,grefe,lamaii,depinde ce am prin casa.Mie cel mai mult imi place cokteilurile,adica din fructe amestecate.

Siropul din muguri de brad este in primul rand, un remediu natural pentru tuse, prin administrarea sa grabindu-se vindecarea afectiunilor respiratorii acute.

Sirop de muguri de brad

INGREDIENTE:
1 kg muguri de brad, 2 l apa, 1 kg zahar, zeama de la 1/2 de lamaie.
PREPARARE:
Mugurii de brad se curata de codite si se spala foarte bine in mai multe ape. Se pun la fiert in apa, timp de 1 ora. Se lasa totul sa se raceasca bine(24 de ore), apoi se strecoara. Mugurii se inlatura, iar lichidul ramas se masoara si se pune la fiert din nou, impreuna cu zaharul si zeama de lamaie. Cantitatile recomandate sunt de 1 kg de zahar, la 1 l de lichid. Se lasa sa fiarba pana se obtine o consistenta legata, ca la dulceata; si o culoare maroniu- roscata. Siropul se pune fierbinte in sticle. Se pastreaza la rece.
