Depresia dupa nastere

Buna ziua! Vreau sa va vorbesc si eu despre problema mea.. Am nascut, am un baietel de 2 luni si jumatate frumos si sanatos, doar ca de o luna nu ma mai simt bine, nu mai am rabdare sa-l ingrijesc, nu ma mai pot uita la el asa ca inainte. primele 3 saptamani de la nastere au fost ok, m-am descurcat, am avut  ceva probleme cu el ca nu lua in greutate, el s-a nascut la 36 de saptamani, era micut si dormea foarte mult, trebuia sa-l trezesc ca sa-i dau sa manance.. Cum v-am spus, 3 saptamani m-am descurcat, apoi noaptea nu am mai putut dormi deloc, nici ziua.. nu mai reuseam sa ma odihnesc si asa am ajuns sa nu mai reactionez atunci cand el plangea, pur si simplu nu ma mai puteam ridica din pat si acum sunt la fel.. sunt momente cand mai pot sta cu el si momente cand nu vreau sa-l vad, parca se pune un obstacol intre noi.. El a fost un copil dorit, nu l-am facut din greseala.. Am mers la psiholog si la psihiatru si parca nu vad nicio solutie, am aceleasi stari.. Va scriu in speranta ca ma puteti sfatui cu ceva, poate vreuna dintre dumneavoastra a mai trecut prin asa ceva. Va multumesc!

Buna ziua!

Daca nu ti-a trecut inca, sa stii ca solutia cea mai buna este psihologul, dar sa fie de incredere si cu experienta. Nu stiu unde ai fost, dar in cazul meu, dr. Alexandra Siru (centrul ProVita) m-a ajutat foarte mult. Si eu am trecut prin depresia post partum si mi-a trecut doar prin astfel de sedinte. Eu iti recomand sa suni la centru si sa iti faci o programare. Merita sa incerci in mai multe directii. Sper totusi ca intre timp lucrurile s-au ameliorat si ca te poti bucura asa cum trebuie de bebe :). Sanatate multa!

LApte praf ...un tatic disponibil sa aiba grija de el non-stop timp de cateva zile/saptamani si un pachet turistic undeva la munte (musai aer rece ozon si liniste nu vreo statiune la moda plina ochi de  turisti galagiosi) . Iti rezervi frumos on-line o camera intr-un loc care ti se pare nou interesant linistit si serenic.Iti faci bagajul:3lulele de haine un halat pufos pijamale mai multe ciocolata ceai (rooibos,tei,iasomie depinde de gusturi) si paci tie drumu...

Ceea ce experimentezi tu se cheamna oboseala acuta combinata cu depresia post-natala care o ai sau nu o ai dar oricum nivelul hormonilor scade drastic dupa cateva saptamani de la nastere...Psihologul sau Psihiatrul te pot doar sfatuii intr.una ca sa te ajuti tu singura...dar eu nu au un leac. Leacul, figurativ vorbim esti TU psihicul tau mai exact iti trage semne de alarma poate si corpul.....ai avut timp sa le intelegi?!?
