Capsunile trase in ciocolata reprezinta un desert sofisticat, care se poate servi alaturi de o ceasca de cafea. Reteta este cu adevarat inedita fiindca ingredientele sunt deopotriva dulci, sarate, iuti. Totusi, in combinatia din aceasta reteta gusturile se contopesc si in final obtinem o aroma deosebita.

Reteta contine cicolata neagra, de aceea este recomandata copiilor mai mari de 4 ani.

Ingrediente

  • 12 masline mari intregi
  • 1/2 de lingurita de sare de Himalaya sau alt tip de sare
  • 12 jumatati de nuca
  • 1 lingurita de paprika
  • 12 capsuni spalate, cu codite
  • 400 de grame de ciocolata neagra

Mod de preparare

Se intinde pe un vas intins sau pe masa o foaie de pergament sau foaie de copt.

Separat, se pune un vas adanc cu apa pe foc. In vasul mare de pe foc se introduce un vas mic in care se adauga ciocolata neagra. Se amesteca ca sa se dizolve ciocolata. 

Se introduce pe rand in ciocolata lichida cate o capsuna tinandu-se de codita. Capsunile trase in ciocolata se asaza pe foaie de copt si se presara peste ele paprika.

Nucile se cufunda si ele in ciocolata si apoi se recupereaza cu o lingura, dupa care se pun pe foaia de copt si se presara pe deasupra acestora sare de Himalaya.

La final se lasa maslinele marocane. Acestea se cufunda si ele in ciocolata. Se recupereaza din vas cu ajutorul unei lingurite.

Foaia de pergament pe care au fost puse capsunile, nucile si maslinele se pune in frigider pret de o ora. Cu 15 minute inainte de servire acestea se tin afara, dupa care se pot consuma.
