  • 1 kg carne de vita
  • 200 g orez
  • 5 linguri ulei
  • 4 cepe tocate, marime medie
  • 3 linguri pasta de tomate
  • 1 litru suc de rosii
  • frunze de varza acra
  • piper boabe
  • foi de dafin
  • cimbru
  • piper
  • sare
  • boia

Mod de preparare

Prima oara calim ceapa intr-o tigaie, lasand focul incet si amestecand pana cand devine moale. Adaugam boia si putina apa si amestecam. Adaugam apoi pasta de tomate si amestecam in tigaie. Lasam sa fiarba continutul pana cand devine o pasta moale. 

Lasam continutul sa se raceasca. Amestecam apoi ceapa astfel gatita cu carnea tocata, putin cimbru, sarea si piperul. Compozitia trebuie sa devina cat mai omogena. 

Intr-o oala pentru sarmale, asezam cateva bucati tocate de varza acra. Se va crea un pat de varza pe care vom aseza ulterior sarmalele. 

Impachetam compozitia in foile de varza si asezam toate sarmalele in oala. Adaugam cateva boabe de piper, doua foi de dafin si varza tocata deasupra. Apoi turnam sosul de rosii si lasam sa se scurga in oala, printre sarmale. Adaugam apa, astfel incat sarmalele sa fie acoperite integral si lasam oala pe foc timp de o ora, adaugand apa daca este nevoie, pana cand acestea sunt fierte.
