Iata o reteta interesanta care poate fi gatita mai ales in perioada postului: zacusca de fasole boabe.

In plus, ingredientul principal este fasolea, un aliment sanatos si care are efecte benefice asupra sanatatii. Fasolea contine proteine si fibre, menite sa asigure un tranzit intestinal normal si avand un continut de calorii redus. Fiind o sursa buna de vitamina B, dar mai ales de acid folic, acest aliment este recomandat mamicilor insarcinate mai ales in primul trimestru. O alta calitate nutritionala este aceea ca nu creste colesterolul si este un bun antioxidant. 

Beneficiile principale in ceea ce priveste afectiunile organismului sunt: reducerea riscului de cancer de colon sau cancer mamar, colesterol scazut, imbunatatirea sistemului imunitar, aport nutritiv de fibre si proteine.

Ingrediente

  • 250 gr fasole
  • 2 cepe mari
  • 1/2 kg ardei capia
  • morcov
  • pastarnac
  • 2 linguri bulion
  • 50 ml ulei
  • sare
  • foi de dafin
  • cimbru
  • piper
  • boia

Mod de preparare

Fierbem fasolea in apa cu sare, o scurgem si o lasam deoparte. Adaugam apoi morcovul si pastarnacul tocat marunt, completam cu apa si lasam la fiert. Dupa ce s-au fiert zarzavaturile o dam deoparte.

Ardeii ii coacem, ii curatam si ii taiem fasii. Tocam marunt ceapa si o calim in ulei doar pana devine translucida. Adaugam fasolea si ardeiul, completam cu apa, punem cateva foi de dafin si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic.

Cand a scazut adaugam bulionul, condimentam cu sare, piper, cimbru si boia si mai dam intr-un clocot.
