Tort din omleta

Atunci cand dorim un aperitiv gustos si care sa incante intreaga familie, putem alege aceasta reteta ingenioasa: Tort din omleta.

Reteta este usor de preparat si consta defapt in doua "blaturi" din oua si legume care se suprapun astfel incat sa formeze un tort care sa arate bine si sa fie pe placul intregii familii.

Reteta contine mai multe oua decat o omleta obisnuita dar cantitatea poate fi modificata asa cum doriti.

Iata cum se prepara!

Ingrediente

  • 12 oua (6 pentru fiecare blat)
  • 200 gr cascaval
  • 200 gr telemea oi
  • 2 ardei capia
  • 1 legatura ceapa verde
  • 1 legatura marar
  • sare si piper

Mod de preparare

Primul blat: omleta cu ardei

Batem ouale si adaugam cascavalul dat prin razatoare. Punem ardeii capia taiati cubulete mai marisoare apoi asezonam cu sare si piper.

Turnam compozitia in tava unsa cu unt. Dam la cuptor la foc mic. O lasam sa se raceasca in tava apoi o rasturnam cu grija sa nu se rupa.

Al doilea blat: omleta cu verdeturi

Amestecam ouale cu telemeaua rasa. Adaugam ceapa si mararul si asezonam cu sare si piper. Daca telemeaua este sarata nu mai este nevoie de sare. Turnam compozitia in tava unsa cu unt .

Dam la cuptor la foc mic. Omleta cu verdeturi o lasam sa se raceasca in tava si apoi o rasturnam cu grija sa nu se rupa.

Suprapunem omletele si le taiem in jumatate. Suprapunem apoi si jumatatile si vor rezulta patru straturi .

Obtinem astfel un tort din omleta foarte delicios. Se poate servi cu ketchup , cu rosii, cu castraveti murati, in functie de preferintele fiecaruia.
