Tiramisu este o prajitura din bucataria traditionala italieneasca ce are la baza aroma de cafea. Reteta originala a fost adaptata si modificata dar structura de baza ramane aceeasi: mascarpone, piscoturi, cacao /ness.

Ca mod de prezentare, tiramisu original are o forma rotunda dar in prezent se agreeaza mai mult forma dreptunghiulara fiindca este usor de taiat. In reteta initiala nu erau incluse albusurile, dar in prezent se adauga frisca pentru a obtine o textura pufoasa.

In timp, foarte multe ingrediente au fost inlocuite. De ex cafeaua a fost inclocuita cu ness, ciocolata neagra, lamai, iaurt, banane, cocos, etc. Indiferent de optiune, Tiramisu ramane una din cele mai populare retete de prajituri cand alegem o varianta pentru desert.

Ingrediente

  • 24 de piscoturi
  • 250 gr frisca lichida
  • 1 plic intaritor frisca
  • 500 gr mascarpone
  • 5 galbenusuri
  • 250 gr zahar pudra
  • 4 linguri ness
  • 2 linguri cacao

Mod de preparare

Se bate frisca lichida cu pliculetul de intaritor pana devine solida. 2 lingurite de ness se freaca cu o lingura de zahar si putina apa pana cand se dizolva complet. Crema de ness se adauga peste frisca si se amesteca pana devine omogena.

Galbenusurile se amesteca si ele cu zaharul astfel incat compozitia sa devina cremoasa. Apoi se fierbe prin procedeul bain-marie si se amesteca pana cand se ingroasa. Lasam la racit.

Dupa ce s-a racit compozitia din oua o turnam peste mascarpone si amestecam. Apoi incorporam si frisca.

Ness-ul ramas il pregatim cu zahar si apa astfel incat sa obtinem un lichid perfect pentru a inmuia piscoturile. Acestea se aseaza apoi intr-o tava, pe hartie de copt.

Dupa stratul de piscoturi se aseaza crema si se niveleaza. Apoi se pune al doilea rand de fursecuri si un nou strat de crema. La final se presara cacao.

Prajitura Tiramisu se lasa la frigider pana a doua zi. Se taie folosind un cutit pe care trebuie sa il udam cu apa calda dupa fiecare felie.

Tiramisu este un deliciu in varianta aceasta clasica, dar si alte combinatii de ingrediente vor fi pe placul tau daca incerci sa adaptezi reteta gusturilor tale.
