Daca iti place sa gatesti preparate culinare cu ciuperci, atunci reteta aceasta de Terina de ciuperci cu bacon si cas este cea potrivita. Si pentru ca ne gandim intotdeauna la fericirea papilelor tale gustative, am ales o reteta care contine si bacon.

Da, stiu, parca nu e suficient, asa ca nu va mirati daca mai gasiti printre ingrediente si niste carnati, oregano sau cas.

Ingredientele sunt la indemana, pasii nu sunt dificili si mancarica este destinata pentru intreaga familie, dar pentru copii mai mari dat fiind continutul mare de grasimi.

Ingrediente

  • 4 buc. ciuperci
  • 300 gr bacon feliat
  • 150 gr branza dulce sau cas
  • 4 buc. carnati oltenesti ( afumati)
  • 1 legatura marar
  • 1 lingura ulei
  • 1 buc. ceapa alba
  • 3 buc. cartofi
  • 1 varf sare
  • 1 lingura condimente

Mod de preparare

Se aseaza intr-o tava de chec sau de yena tapetata cu ulei bucatile de bacon una langa alta, astfel incat sa se acopere si fundul si suprafata tavii si se da la frigider.

Se caleste in tigaie ceapa taiata julien, ciupercile si carnatii oltenesti taiati marunt, se condimenteaza cu piper, sare, oregano, busuioc, iar apoi se dau deoparte la racit.

Din cartofi se prepara un piure si se da deoparte.

Branzica se sfarama si se adauga smantana, sare si se amesteca formandu-se o pasta, iar la final se adauga mararul tocat marunt.

Se scoate tava din frigider si se pune un strat de piure, un strat de branzica cu marar, un strat de umplutura cu ciuperci si carnati, iar un strat de branzica cu marar si la final un strat de piure.

Terina de ciuperci cu bacon si cas se baga la cuptor pentru 45 minute la foc potrivit si se serveste cu salata verde!
