Supa de mazare este un meniu sofisticat, usor si delicios.

Iata o reteta gustoasa de supa de mazare, unde condimentele asigura un gust senzational dar pot fi adaptate usor varstei copilului. Este important sa obisnuim copiii de mici cu diverse arome si gusturi, asa ca alegeti o reteta cu condimente diverse daca varsta copiilor permit asta. Condimentele picante sunt recomanda dupa ce copiii implinesc 2 ani si in proportie mica.

Ingrediente

  • 1 lingurita de ulei de masline
  • 1 ceapa aurie sau alba de marime medie spalata si curatata, tocata marunt
  • 2 lingurite cu seminte de mustar
  • 5 lingurite cu pudra galbena de curry
  • 1 lingurita cu sofran
  • 1 morcov spalat, curatat si tocat in bucati
  • 2 tije de telina spalate , curatate si tocate marunt
  • circa 1 kilogram de mazare spalata
  • 2 litri de apa sau de supa de legume plus inca o cana
  • 1 lingurita de sos de soia
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Mod de preparare

Se pune uleiul la incins intr-un vas mediu. Se adauga apoi ceapa si se caleste pret de 2-3 minute pana ce aceasta capata o nuanta aurie. Se adauga sofranul, pudra de curry si semintele de mustar. Se amesteca bine. Se adauga apoi morcovul, telina, mazarea si iar se amesteca. Se adauga supa (sau apa, daca nu gatiti carne) si iarasi se amesteca bine.

Se reduce temperatura si se lasa vasul pe foc pret de o ora. In tot acest timp mazarea ar trebui sa fiarba. Dupa ce a fiert mazarea se adauga sarea, piperul si sosul de soia.

Ce beneficii are mazarea?

Mazarea este o leguminoasa care are numeroase efecte benefice in alimentatie. Contine vitamine si minerale dar si fibre si proteine, motiv pentru care poate inlocui o masa ce contine carne. Printre beneficiile acestei legume verzi se numara: 

  • sursa buna de vitamina K, constituind un bun sprijin pentru dezvoltarea sistemului osos
  • sursa de acid folic si vitamina B6, amebele contribuind la santatea sistemului nervos si circulator.
  • sursa buna de energie, datorata continutului de vitamine B, (B1, B3, B3) 
  • contine fier si ajuta la mentinerea nivelului optim de fier, fapt ce ajuta la sanatatea celor mici care pot avea carente de fier. 
  • fibrele din mazare ajuta impotriva constipatiei
