Sufleu de peste cu ghimbir

Reteta de sufleu de peste cu ghimbir este o buna alegere pentru a gati peste pentru copii. Pestele are nenumarate efecte benefice asupra sanatatii, mai ales prin aportul de fosfor si acizi grasi. Intotdeauna insa verificati pestele inainte sa fie preparat: sursa de provenienta si modul in care a fost depozitat.

Ingrediente

  • 50 gr unt
  • 5 oua
  • 1 buc. lamaie
  • 1 buc. ceapa alba
  • 5 gr sare
  • 5 gr cimbru
  • 1 lingura smantana Lactag
  • 5 gr piper
  • 500 gr cod file
  • 150 gr miez de paine
  • 200 ml lapte
  • 1 buc. catel usturoi
  • 1/2 lingurita praf de ghimbir
  • 15 gr pesmet

Mod de preparare

Se taie fileurile de cod in bucati mai mici si se fierb in apa cu sare. Dupa ce sunt gata se scot cu spumiera, se pun intr-un vas. Miezul de paine se inmoaie in lapte, se scurge bine si se pune peste codul fiert si racit.

Se adauga smantana, ceapa tocata fin, sarea, piperul, ghimbirul. Se presara cimbru, suc de lamaie, galbenusurile si se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza.

Albusurile se bat spuma tare cu un praf de sare si se adauga la compozitie, amestecand usor, ca amestecul sa nu se lase. Se unge o forma cu unt, se presara pesmet, apoi se toarna cu grija compozitia. Se da la cuptor la foc potrivit pana se aureste frumos.
