Salata de sfecla rosie, nuci, macris si sos de curry reprezinta un meniu usor, nutritiv, ideal si pentru persoanele care doresc sa se mentina in forma.

Sfecla rosie contribuie la metabolism si la procesul de producere a celulelor rosii. Desi are beneficii extraordinare pentru sanatate, trebuie oferita cu precautie bebelusilor, fiindca are un continut ridicat de oxalati. De preferat este sa fie oferita bebelusilor mai mari de 1 an si in cantitati moderate.

Ingrediente

  • 2 sfecle rosii de marime medie, spalate
  • 1/2 de ceapa frantuzeasca, curatata si tocata
  • 2 lingurite de otet de sampanie
  • 1/2 de lingurita de pudra de curry
  • 1/2 de lingurita de miere
  • sare si piper dupa gust
  • 2 legaturi de macris spalat si tocat
  • boabe fierte de porumb de la un stiulete
  • 3/4 de ceasca cu nuci maruntite

Mod de preparare

Sfecla rosie se pune intr-un dispozitiv de fierbere la aburi si se fierbe pret de 30 de minute. Sfecla rosie trebuie sa devina moale astfel incat sa poata intra furculita in ea. Daca nu e fiarta bine, se poate pune inca o data in dispozitivul de fierbere de aburi. Sfecla rosie se pune la fiert intreaga, dar spalata in prealabil.

Separat, intr-un alt vas, se amesteca ceapa frantuzeasca, otetul, pudra de curry, mierea, sarea si piperul. Se amesteca bine de tot. Se adauga uleiul.

Dupa ce a fiert sfecla rosie, se da deoparte ca sa se raceasca. Sfecla rosie se spala sub jetul de apa si se taie in bucati. Daca mainile se murdaresc de la zeama de sfecla rosie, va puteti curata cu suc de lamaie. Sfecla rosie se taie in cubulete.

Intr-un bol de salata se combina macrisul, sfecla rosie, porumbul gatit si nucile. Se amesteca bine. Se adauga sosul peste salata si se mai amesteca. Salata se condimenteaza cu sare.
