Rulouri din cotlet de miel la cuptor

Daca vreti sa pregatiti cotlet de miel la cuptor, aceasta este reteta ideala.

Carnea de miel are un continut de proteine ridicat, dar si multe grasimi saturate. Desi contine fier, calciu si acid folic, carnea de miel este grea pentru digestie, de aceea se recomanda a fi gatita cu multa verdeata si legume.

Iata o reteta gustoasa de miel care poate fi preparata cu ocazia sarbatorilor de Paste.

Ingrediente

  • 1 bucata de cotlet fara os
  • 3 fire ceapa verde
  • 3 fire usturoi verde
  • 3 fire patrunjel verde
  • 1 morcov
  • 1 lingura otet balsamic
  • 1 pahar de vin rosu
  • 3 rosii
  • 3-4 foi de dafin
  • busuioc
  • cimbru
  • maghiran
  • coriandru
  • sare
  • piper

Mod de preparare

Cotletul fara os se taie in 5-6 bucati, care se bat pana se obtin felii nu prea groase. Se condimenteaza cu busuioc, cimbru, maghiran, coriandru, ienibahar, sare si piper, apoi se aseaza in mijlocul lor fasii de ceapa si usturoi verde, jumatate de morcov taiat fasii subtiri, patrunjel.

Se ruleaza fiecare bucata si se prinde cu scobitori. Intr-un vas termorezistent se aseaza un strat de ceapa si usturoi verde, cotletele feliate si condimentate prinse sub forma de rulouri, morcovul ramas taiat felii, patrunjel, foile de dafin, otetul balsamic, condimentele, vinul, 100 ml apa.

Se acopera cu folie alimentara sau cu capac si se lasa friptura la cuptorul preincalzit, la 200 grade C, ~35 minute. Se indeparteaza folia sau capacul si se unge carnea cu sos de rosii (rosiile tocate marunt sau date prin razatoare), se stropeste apoi cu sosul din vas si se lasa la cuptor inca 10-15 minute, la 180 grade C.

Portiile de rulouri din cotlet de miel la cuptor sunt gata. Se pot asezona cu legume sau cartofi cu verdeata.
