Rissoto cu ghimbir constituie o garnitura delicioasa alaturi de o friptura. Orezul in combinatie cu ghimbirul si parmezanul este o solutie ideala pentru un pranz delicios sau o cina rapida.

Proprietatile ghimbirului sunt deja cunoscute: stimularea poftei de mancare, in ameliorarea simptomelor de raceala si gripa, pentru eliminarea starii de greata. 

Radacina de ghimbir este bogata in potasiu, zinc, calciu, cupru şi magneziu, vitaminele B6, C şi D.

Vinul din reteta poate fi eliminat daca pregatesti reteta pentru copii mici.

Ingrediente

  • 7 cesti cu supa de pui
  • 1 lingurita cu ulei de masline
  • 1/2 de ceasca cu ceapa alba tocata marunt, se foloseste o ceapa medie alba
  • 1 lingurita de ghimbir tocat marunt plus inca doua lingurite
  • 1/2 de ceasca de orez
  • 1 ceasca de vin alb
  • 2 lingurite cu unt nesarat topit
  • 1/2 de ceasca cu parmezan dat pe razatoare
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Mod de preparare

Se pune supa de pui intr-un vas pe foc si se adauga orezul. Acesta se tine pe foc pana ce fierbe. Separat, intr-o tigaie se lasa uleiul sa se incinga.  Se adauga ceapa si se caleste impreuna cu o lingurita de ghimbir. Se amesteca continuu pret de 2-3 minute. Ceapa trebuie sa capete o nuanta aurie.

Se adauga peste ceapa, ghimbirul si orezul. Se adauga peste acestea vinul. Se tine vasul pe foc pana ce se evapora vinul. Se amesteca mereu. Se mai adauga din supa in care a fiert orezul pana ce supa este absorbita total. Orezul se mai tine pe foc 30-35 de minute. Se opreste focul, dupa care se adauga untul topit, cele doua lingurite de ghimbir ramase si parmezanul. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Se serveste numaidecat.
