Prajitura cu nuca si caramel va fi preferat de intreaga familie. Daca aveti pofta de dulciuri atunci iti recomand aceasta reteta gustoasa, usor de pregatit intr-un timp relativ repede.

Reteta aceasta e recomandata copiilor mai mari, dar daca inlocuiti zaharul cu pasta de curmale sau stafide, atunci poate fi servita si de copii mai mici (1-2 ani).

Ingrediente

  • 9 albusuri
  • 12 linguri zahar
  • 3 linguri faina
  • 120 g nuca prajita si sfaramata
  • 130 g nuca macinata
  • 1 budinca de vanilie
  • 50 g unt
  • 2 galbenusuri
  • 500 ml lapte
  • 1 zahar vanilat
  • 1 praf de copt
  • 150 g zahar
  • 500 ml frisca

Mod de preparare

Se incalzeste cuptorul in timp ce vom face 3 foi, fiecare din 3 albusuri batute spuma apoi amestecate cu 3 linguri zahar si batute din nou pana se intaresc albusurile; o lingura faina se amesteca cu 40 g nuca macinata si se adauga incet la albusurile batute spuma. Se poate pune si putin praf de copt.

Intr-o tava mica, poate fi si rotunda in forma de tort, se pune foaie de copt si se unge cu putin unt apoi se intinde compozitia facuta, se da la cuptor aproximativ 30 minute, la foc mic pana se inchide putin la culoare. La fel se procedeaza si cu celelalte doua foi.

Intre timp caramelizam 150 g zahar, la foc mic, sa nu se amareasca...Intr-o farfurie unsa cu unt rasturnam zaharul caramel si il lasam sa se raceasca. Preparam budinca dupa instructiunile de pe plic cu 3-4 linguri zahar si 500 ml lapte). O lasam sa se raceasca si apoi ii adaugam zahar vanilat si 2 galbenusuri.

Zaharul caramel racit il luam de pe farfurie si il macinam. Batem bine 300 g frisca, adaugam caramelul macinat si nuca prajita si sfaramata mai maricica. Se monteaza astfel o foaie, crema de vanilie, crema de frisca, alta foaie, crema de vanilie, crema de frisca si cu ultimele procedam la fel.

Prajitura cu nuca si caramel se orneaza cu frisca sau nuci dupa inspiratie.
