O reteta culinara pentru desert, gustoasa si potrivita pentru perioadele de post (postul Pastelui, Craciunului) este aceasta : Prajitura cu mere si zahar ars.

Desertul se prepara rapid si este recomandat pentru intreaga familie dar si pentru situatiile in care ai musafiri si vrei sa gatesti ceva dulce imediat.

Ingrediente

  • 1,2 kg mere
  • 150 g zahar pentru caramelizat
  • 150 g unt
  • 1 cana gris
  • 1 cana faina
  • 1 cana zahar
  • 1 plic praf de copt
  • 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • 6 linguri de zahar pentru umplutura
  • 1 lingurita coaja rasa de portocala

Mod de preparare

Se amesteca omogen cantitatile din canile de zahar, faina si gris, impreuna cu praful de copt si un plic de zahar vanilat.

Intr-o tava inalta se caramelizeaza zaharul si se distribuie uniform pe fundul ei. Se rad merele cu tot cu coaja, fara seminte si cotor, pastrand un mar pentru final. Se storc de suc, se amesteca cu zaharul, scortisoara, coaja de portocala si zaharul vanilat ramas.

Se distribuie uniform untul peste zaharul caramelizat si se aranjeaza frumos pe margine marul ramas, taiat felii subtiri. Se distribuie deasupra jumatate din amestecul de faina, zahar si gris, merele stoarse, apoi se preseaza. Se adauga si restul de amestec, se niveleaza si se apasa cu o spatula, apoi se toarna deasupra zeama de la mere. Daca este prea putina zeama (sub 300-350 ml) se poate completa cu putin compot sau suc de fructe.

Se acopera tava cu folie de aluminiu si se lasa la cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mediu, ~35 minute. Se scoate tava, se indeparteaza folia, se pudreaza putin cu scortisoara si se da la cuptor pentru inca 10-15 minute.

Prajitura cu mere si zahar ars se poate servi ca un desert cald, fiind prezentata cu feliile de mar in sus.
