Placinta cu sunca si cascaval - o reteta pentru intreaga familie care poate sa fie pregatita pentru micul dejun sau pentru o gustare in timpul zilei, sau ca aperitiv la o masa festiva.

Avantajul acestei retete este aceea ca placinta poate fi servita atat calda cat si rece, fiind la fel de gustoasa in ambele cazuri. Combinatia de cascaval si sunca este una delicioasa si pe care sigur o intuiti.

Ingrediente

  • un pachet de foi de placinta
  • o cutie de iaurt de 400g
  • 4 oua
  • 250 g sunca presata
  • 200 g cascaval
  • 2 ardei capia mici
  • 1/4 legatura patrunjel
  • 1 plic praf de copt
  • 2 linguri de unt
  • sare
  • piper

Mod de preparare

Punet intr-un castron ouale, iaurtul, praful de copt si omogenizeaza in timp ce adaugi uleiul.

Sunca presata trebuie tocata marunt, cascavalul dat prin razatoarea mare, ardeii taiati feliute subtiri. Adauga toate aceste ingrediente in compozitia de mai sus, apoi patrunjelul tocat marunt.

Unge un castron de sticla termorezistenta cu unt si tapeteaz-o cu o bucata de foaie de placinta.

Restul foilor de placinta se rup in bucati si trebuie adaugate in compozitie amestecandu-le bine. Pastreaza cateva bucatele de foi de placinta si cateva frunze de patrunjel pentru a decora placinta la final.

Adauga putina sare si piper, toarna toata compozitia in forma de copt si presara deasupra cateva bucatele de foi de placinta. Se aseaza desupra feliutele de ardei si frunzele de patrunjel. Se lasa la cuptorul preincalzit la foc mediu (200 grade C) pentru ~40de minute.

Dupa ce se raceste putin, poate fi taiata in bucati si servita la masa. Placinta cu sunca si cascaval este la fel de gustoasa si rece.
