Paella cu pui si fructe de mare

 Iti delectam papilele gustative cu o reteta interesanta: Paella cu pui si fructe de mare.

Chiar daca nu esti indragostita de fructele de mare, aceasta combinatie ti se va parea fantastica. Combinatia de pui, fructe de mare, orez si porumb dulce te vor uimi probabil cand citesti ingredientele, dar gustul final este cel care te va face sa apreciezi aceasta reteta.

O recomandam cu drag, mai ales ca este o reteta usoara, de vara, delicioasa.

Ingrediente

  • un piept pui
  • 300 g cocktail fructe de mare
  • 3 rosii
  • 1 ardei gras
  • 2 catei usturoi
  • 200 g mazare
  • 200g fasole galbena
  • 100 g porumb dulce
  • o cana si jumatate orez lung
  • o lingurita sofran
  • o lingurita boia dulce
  • jumatate de lingurita boia iute
  • sare, piper dupa gust
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline

Mod de preparare

Se pune o oala cu apa si sare la fiert; dupa ce a dat apa in clocot se pune pieptul de pui si se lasa pana se fierbe.

Se scoate apoi si se pune in aceiasi apa cocktail-ul de fructe de mare si se lasa sa mai dea  2 clocote. Dupa ce s-a racit pieptul de pui se taie cuburi.

Intr-o tigaie mai adanca pentru ca se umfla orezul, se pun: uleiul, rosiile decojite taiate cubulete si ardeii taiati tot cubulete.

Se lasa la calit pana ce scade tot sucul de la rosii, se pune pieptul de pui cuburi, mazarea si fasolea si usturoiul si se mai caleste putin; se adauga apoi cana de orez, se lasa un minut si se pun 6 cani din apa in care am fiert fructele de mare si pieptul, strecurata in prealabil si se lasa la foc mic sa se umfle orezul.

Cand orezul este aproape gata se pune sofranul cat sa dea culoare si se pun fructele de mare. Se mai lasa putin si este gata.

Se serveste alaturi de un vin alb sec racit!
