Mere caramelizate cu tofu - un desert pentru intreaga familie, sanatos si gustos. 

Merele sunt fructe bogate in vitamine si substante nutritive iar soia ajuta la prevenirea cancerului. Soia este insa un aliment care poate provoca alergii, de aceea este bine ca aceasta reteta sa fie gatita pentru copii dupa introducerea acestui produs in alimentatie. Daca nu ai mai gatit soia pana acum, intai testeaza oferind copilului o cantitate foarte mica sa guste.

Daca doresti o reteta culinara potrivita pentru copii si care asigura aportul de vitamine necesar intr-o zi, atunci iti recomand ideea aceasta.

Ingrediente

  • 1/2 cutie tofu simplu in saramura
  • ulei
  • 3 linguri faina
  • 2 linguri zahar
  • 3 mere mari
  • 10 linguri lapte de soia
  • scortisoara
  • zahar pudra

Mod de preparare

Pentru prepararea acestei retete ca desert, trebuie mai intai sa desfacem cutia de tofu si sa punem continutul la desarat.

Apoi spalam merele, le scoatem cotoarele si le taiem rondele.

Razuim bucatile de tofu, apoi adaugam zahar si amestecam.

Adaugam faina si laptele de soia si amestecam din nou.                               

Prajirea merelor

Intr-o tigaie vom pune uleiul si-l lasam sa se incinga. Dupa aceea trecem merele prin aluatul pregatit din tofu si le punem la prajit. Apoi le pudram cu putin zahar pudra amestecat cu scortisoara. SI gata si reteta de mere caramelizate cu tofu.
