Inghetata este desertul preferat la zilelor calduroase de vara?

Gustoasa si cu mai putine chimicale decat cele comercializate, inghetata poate fi preparata si in casa. 

Cu siguranta va amintiti de copilarie cand toata familia savura un desert si viata parea mai roz doar pentru ca avea gust de ciocolata, visine sau vanilie. Reteta aceasta de inghetata de vanilie este preparata cu frisca si pastai speciale.

Ingrediente

  • 5 galbenusuri
  • 200 gr zahar
  • 500 ml lapte
  • 500 ml frisca lichida
  • 2 pastai vanilie

Mod de preparare

Mixam galbenusurile cu zaharul pana ce compozitia devine cremoasa. Nu este nici o problema daca zaharul nu s-a topit suficient.

Punem intr-o craticioara laptele si adaugam crema de galbenusuri. Amestecam bine pana se incorporeaza si o punem pe aragaz la foc mic mestecand continuu. Lasam pana incepe sa se ingroase. Foarte mare atentie in momentul in care s-a ingrosat, trebuie luata de pe foc, altfel riscam sa o transformam in omleta.

Adaugam semintele pastailor de vanilie. Daca nu aveti pastai puteti folosi esenta sau extract de vanilie. Omogenizam si lasam sa se raceasca.

Batem frisca pana se intareste. Daca folositi o frisca fara zahar puteti mari cantitatea de zahar la crema de oua. Cand crema de oua s-a racit complet adaugam frisca.

Omogenizam compozitia dupa care o transferam intr-o caserola si o punem la congelator.

Putem servi inghetata simpla sau cu diverse combinatii: cu fructe, cu frisca, cu ciocolata rasa, cu sosuri de fructe de ciocolata etc.
