Un frappe este o alegere perfecta atunci cand vrei sa te racoresti intr-o zi torida de vara sau pur si simplu simti nevoia unui impuls de cofeina. Gravidutele si mamicile care alapteaza trebuie sa consume cat mai putina cafeina, de aceea aceasta reteta este recomandata doar uneori si contine ness fara cofeina.

Ingrediente

  • 2 linguri ness fara cofeina
  • 2 lingurite de zahar
  • 100 ml lapte degresat rece
  • apa sau gheata
  • 30 de grame frisca lichida

Mod de preparare

Zaharul se amesteca cu nessul si cu putina apa. Se freaca nessul bine obtinandu-se astfel o spuma.

Se adauga laptele rece. Se amesteca cu ajutorul unei linguri.

Separat, eu am pregatit frisca lichida din circa 30 de grame de smantana dulce si 4 lingurite de zahar. Smantana se freaca bine cu zaharul pana se obtine o frisca lichida dulce de te lingi pe degete.

Se adauga apoi frisca lichida peste frappe.

Se mai poate servi alaturi de inghetata de vanilie.

Un pahar de frappe este binevenit oricand. Acasa, la terasa cu prietenii, intr-o dimineata insorita de weekend sau pe o plaja torida, un frappe este tot ce iti trebuie. Te racoreste si iti indulceste simturile.
