Aceasta reteta de cozonac german cu fructe uscate va avea un succes incredibil daca va ganditi sa o pregatiti in perioada sarbatorilor. Este un cozonac cu o textura pufoasa, care are in compozitie nu doar stafide ci si branza de vaci si migdale. 

Cozonacul se poate servi dupa ce se raceste si este pastrat cel mai bine intr-un loc rece si fara umezeala. Poate sa fie servit ca desert, dupa o masa pregatita de sarbatori sau impreuna cu o cana de ciocolata calda.

Ingrediente

  • 100 g fructe uscate (caise, smochine, prune)
  • 50 g stafide
  • 2 linguri de rom
  • 500 g faina de grau (de preferat spelta)
  • sare
  • 1 plic praf de copt
  • 250 g branza de vaci slaba
  • 2 oua
  • 150 g zahar
  • 140 g unt
  • 150 g migdale tocate

Mod de preparare

Fructele uscate se taie cubulete. Stafidele se spala in apa fierbinte, apoi sunt scurse si amestecate in rom, alaturi de fructele uscate.

Faina se amesteca cu un sfert de lingurita de sare si cu praful copt. Se adauga branza de vaci, ouale, zaharul si 140 g unt. Din aceste ingrediente se framanta un aluat neted, dupa care se incorporeaza fructele uscate si migdalele. Coca rezultata se lasa sa dospeasca circa 20 de minute la temperatura camerei. 

Cuportul se preincalzeste la 200°C. Aluatul se intinde in forma de dreptunghi pe o suprafata de lucru presarata cu faina. Se ruleaza incepand cu partea mai lunga, se intinde din nou, apoi se ruleaza la loc. Pe mijloc se creeaza un sant. 

Cozonacul se aseaza Intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace circa 70 de minute. La jumatatea timpului de coacere se unge cu unt. Se repeta operatiunea si dupa ce se scoate din cuptor. La final, se presara deasupra o cantitate generoasa de zahar pudra.
