Cozonac cu stafide si ciocolata

Pentru zilele reci de iarna cand soarele se ascunde printre nori un cappuccino si un pic de cozonac este tot ce-ti trebuie pentru a-ti recapata buna dispozitie.

Iata o reteta gustoasa pe care o vor aprecia si copiii. Poate fi servit cu un pahar de lapte cald sau ca desert. Iata ce ingrediente sunt necesare si cum se gateste reteta.

Ingrediente

  • 4 oua
  • un praf de sare
  • 200 ml de lapte degresat
  • coaja de la o lamaie
  • 200 de grame de zahar
  • 2 cuburi de drojdie
  • 600 de grame faina alba
  • 1 cescuta de ulei
  • 1 ceasca cu stafide
  • 2 linguri de cacao
  • 50 de grame de unt
  • un galbenus pt uns aluatul

Mod de preparare

Toate ingredientele folosite pentru reteta de cozonac trebuie tinute la temperatura camerei. Daca acestea se folosesc imediat ce se scot din frigider (ouale, laptele, untul), aluatul nu va creste.

Intr-un vas, drojdia se amesteca cu putin zahar pana ce se obtine o pasta. Se varsa un pic de faina, se da deoparte. Separat, intr-un vas adanc, se separa galbenusurile de albusuri. Se adauga zaharul peste galbenusuri si se amesteca. Coaja de la lamaie se adauga peste amestecul de galbenusuri peste care se toarna lapte caldut, se amesteca pana ce se dizolva zaharul. Se presara si un pic de sare. Aceasta va conferi o nuanta galbuie cozonacului.

Se adauga mixul de drojdie cu zahar. Peste amestecul de galbenusuri se varsa in ploaie faina pana ce se obtine un aluat tare, care se framanta de cateva ori. Aluatul obtinut se intinde pe masa.

Intr-un castron se amesteca untul cu doua linguri de cacao si putin zahar. Se adauga si stafidele. Se obtine o crema care se intinde peste aluatul de pe masa. Se ruleaza aluatul astfel incat sa nu curga crema.

Se incalzeste tava pentru copt. Din timp, se incalzeste cuptorul. Tava se unge cu un pic de unt sau ulei. Se pune cozonacul in tava. Se unge cozonacul pe deasupra cu un galbenus si se lasa la dospit. Se acopera tava cu un stergar curat sau se lasa cuptorul sa mearga pentru ca temperatura ridicata din bucatarie va ajuta aluatul sa creasca.

Dupa ce a crescut, se introduce tava in cuptor, unde va sta circa 30 de minute la foc mediu. Cozonacul cu stafide si ciocolata se scoate si se lasa un pic sa se raceasca.
