Trebuie sa incerci aceasta reteta si suntem convinse ca vei pregati un cozonac bun pentru copii si familie.

Ingrediente

  • 1 kg faina
  • 9 galbenusuri
  • 150 gr zahar
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 300 ml lapte
  • 30 gr unt
  • 50 gr drojdie
  • 120 ml ulei
  • esenta de rom
  • 9 albusuri
  • 150 gr zahar pudra
  • 250 gr migdale macinate
  • 2 lingurite cacao
  • 150 gr stafide

Mod de preparare

Primul pas pentru pregatirea aluatului este sa punem la dospit maiaua. Amestecam cateva linguri de lapte cald cu o lingurita de zahar si cantitatea de drojdie. O lasam la dospit cateva minute.

Intr-un vas mare, punem faina si adaugam in mijloc maiaua.

8 galbenusuri le frecam cu sare si esenta de rom, pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.

Laptele cald ramas il turnam peste aluat impreuna cu untul topit.

Compozitia pentru aluat este gata. Trebuie sa amestecam cat mai bine toate ingredientele, turnand treptat cate putin ulei. Framantam aluatul pana cand incepe sa formeze bule.

Se lasa aluatul la dospit pana isi dubleaza cantitatea de coca. Intre timp putem pregati umplutura.

Batem 8 albusuri spuma, apoi adaugam zaharul pudra si folosim mixerul pentru a obtine o spuma tare, cu aspect lucios. Adaugam cacao, migdale si stafide si amestecam pana cand compozitia devine omogena. Migdalele pot fi prajite si maruntite inainte.

Se ia aluatul de la dospit. Cu mainile unse de ulei, impartim aluatul in doua. Ungem si masa de preparare cu ulei si intindem aluatul in forma de dreptunghi.

Impartim aluatul in doua, obtinand astfel 2 cozonaci cu aceasta reteta. Ungem suprafata de lucru cu putin ulei si intindem aluatul cu mana in forma de dreptunghi. Intindem deasupra umplutura lasand marginile libere.

Rulam apoi aluatul pana se formeaza cozonacul. Il punem in tavi si ungem cozonacul cu galbenus batut cu putin lapte. Se lasa la cuptor pentru 40-50 minute, la foc mediu, pana se rumeneste frumos.

In final, obtinem un cozonac cu migdale si stafide de nota 10!
