Daca ai chef de un desert pentru copii, gustos si usor de pregatit, iata o idee buna: colac cu scortisoara si nuca. Mirosul de scortisoara este minunat, gustul de nuca va fi cu siguranta pe placul copiilor iar tu vei gati o reteta pentru desert speciala.

Inedit la aceasta reteta de colac este faptul ca ii poti alege chiar tu forma, aluatul putand fi modelat in diverse metode.

Ingrediente

  • 500 gr faina
  • 250 ml lapte
  • 50 gr unt
  • 5 oua
  • 10 gr drojdie
  • 150 gr miere de albine
  • 300 gr miez nuca
  • 1 lingura scortisoara
  • 20 ml apa
  • 150 gr zahar

Mod de preparare

Primul pas este sa pregatim aluatul. Drojdia se amesteca cu 50 gr miere si cateva linguri de lapte cald. Adaugam drojdia intr-un bol cu faina, apoi 2 oua si omogenizam. Lasam aluatul la dospit pana isi mareste volumul.

Pe o suprafata de lucru tapetata cu faina, framantam aluatul pana obtinem doua bile de aluat elastice, nelipicioase.

Intindem doua foi potrivit de subtiri si le ungem cu galbenus de ou batut cu lapte. Amestecam nuca macinata, restul de miere si scortisoara si presaram aceasta compozitie pe toata suprafata foilor.  

Rulam strans foile de aluat pana obtinem doua rulouri pe care le taiem in doua.

Tapetam o tava de forma rotunda cu hartie de copt si incepem sa asamblam colacul. Asezam rulourile unul langa altul, in forma de cerc. Ungem suprafata aluatului cu galbenus de ou batut cu lapte.

Se coace la cuptor, la foc mediu, pana se rumeneste. Cat este fierbinte il ungem pe toata suprafata cu sirop preparat din apa si miere.

Acest colac cu scortisoara si nuca este foarte bun ca desert pentru copii, alaturi de un pahar cu lapte sau ceai.
