Ciorba de porc este reteta perfecta daca vrei sa gatesti o ciorba gustoasa, aromata, un pic acrisoara. Copiii o vor indragi mai ales daca folosesti taietei de casa si bors facut tot in casa.

Ciorbele de porc pot fi gatite in diverse moduri dar aceasta este o metoda rapida. Asigurati-va ca este cat mai frageda carnea de porc daca vreti sa fie gata in timpul de pregatire recomandat.

Ingrediente

  • 1 kilogram de carne de porc cu os
  • apa rece 1 litru
  • 3 morcovi de 200 de grame
  • o telina mare de 200 de grame
  • 1 cana cu suc de rosii
  • jumatate de litru de zeama de varza (se poate adauga bors)
  • 2 cepe
  • o mana de taietei
  • o legatura de leustean

Mod de preparare

Se pune apa la fiert pentru ciorba. Morcovii si telina se spala si se dau pe razatoare. Acestea se adauga în apa. Ceapa se curata de frunze, se spala si se adauga intreaga in ciorba.

Carnea de porc se spala si se adauga in ciorba.

Ciorba se lasa la fiert circa o ora la foc mediu. Daca de pe os se desprinde carnea, inseamna ca aceasta a fiert. Atunci se scoate carnea, se pune pe un platou sau pe un vas intins, se inlatura osul si se taie carnea in bucati, apoi se adauga in ciorba. Se scot cepele. Se adauga taieteii.

Se adauga zeama de varza si leusteanul tocat marunt. Se condimenteaza cu sare. Se mai lasa la fiert 5 minute, dupa care se poate servi.
