Ciorba de dovlecei cu perisoare este o reteta recomandata pentru un pranz rapid si delicios.

Este o reteta perfecta si pentru copii, mai ales in perioada diversificarii alimentatiei cand a fost deja introdusa carnea in meniu.

Dovlecelul este o leguma care se digera usor si ajuta la reglarea tranzitului intestinal, asa ca este o buna optiune in combinatie cu perisoarele.

Ingrediente

  • 3-4 dovlecei tineri
  • 300 g carne pui tocata
  • 1 ou
  • 2 cepe
  • 1 morcov
  • 1 pastarnac
  • 1 telina mica
  • 1 cartof
  • 300 ml bulion
  • 1 l zeama de varza
  • 4 linguri ulei
  • 1 legatura patrunjel
  • 1 legatura leustean
  • sare, piper

Mod de preparare

Curatati legumele si tocati ceapa marunt, morcovul taiat feliute subtiri, telina si pastarnacul taiate in cubulete, iar cartoful taiat in bucati mai mari. 

Puneti totul la calit intr-o oala, la foc mic, in ulei.

Taiati dovleceii in patru pe lungime (pastrati jumatate de dovlecel pentru perisoare) apoi feliati fasiile de dovlecel si adaugati-le peste celelalte legume. Lasati sa se caleasca la foc mic cateva minute, adaugati bulion, 1,5 l apa clocotita si lasati sa fiarba la foc mic inca 20 minute. Adaugati verdeata tocata.

Intre timp preparati perisoarele. Puneti carnea tocata intr-un castron, adaugati dovlecelul ramas dat pe razatoarea mare, oul, patrunjel tocat, sare si piper, omogenizati compozitia. Formati cu mana uda perisoare micute.

Separat puneti la fiert zeama de varza. 

Adaugati perisoarele in ciorba (sa nu clocoteasca) una cate una si lasati sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 5 minute. Turnati zeama de varza clocotita si mai lasati 10 minute la foc mic. Dregeti gustul de sare, piper si adaugati restul de verdeata.
