Ciocolata de casa cu nuci si arahide nu se compara la gust, calitate si continut cu cea pe care o cumparam.

Aceasta reteta iti lasa gura apa si se prepara repede.

Ciocolata poate fi taiata in forme interesante pentru copii sau sub forma de batoane.

Ingrediente

  • 1 kg de zahar
  • 170 ml apa
  • 2 lingurite esenta de rom
  • 2 lingurite esenta de vanilie
  • 200 g unt
  • 500 g lapte praf
  • 40 g cacao
  • 100 g nuci
  • 100 g arahide

Mod de preparare

Puneti intr-o cratita, la foc mic, zaharul si apa, amestecand pana se dizolva zaharul. Adaugati esenta de rom si esenta de vanilie si lasati pe foc 6-7 minute de cand amestecul incepe sa fiarba si face basici.

Intre timp puneti intr-o tigaie arahidele si nucile sa se rumeneasca putin, apoi macinati-le folosind un robit de bucatarie sau zdrobiti-le.

Luati vasul cu zaharul si esentele de pe foc si adaugati tot laptele praf deodata si untul, amestecati cu o lingura foarte rezistenta pana se omogenizeaza amestecul.

Daca folositi lapte praf cu adaos de zahar, adaugati mai putin zahar si mariti compozitia de lapte praf.

Daca vreti ciocolata de doua culori, scoateti o parte din amestec (ciocolata alba). In restul de compozitie adaugati cacao si nuci si arahide macinate sau zdrobite, amestecand din nou pana se incorporeaza.

Ungeti o tava cu unt si asezati ambele culori de ciocolata . Atentie fiindca se intareste foarte repede compozitia. Neteziti cu o spatula si lasati tava in frigider timp de o ora. Apoi ciocolata poate fi taiata in bucati mai mici care se vor lasa iar la rece.

Reteta de ciocolata este buna si pentru copiii mai mari.
