Cereale Aptamil cu stafide si morcov

Am primit o provocare din partea Aptamil pe care am acceptat-o cu mult entuziasm:  sa realizez o reteta delicioasa si sanatoasa pe baza de cereale Aptamil, care sa satisfaca gusturile fetitei mele.

Fiind in perioada diversificarii alimentatiei, alegerea unor retete sanatoase, rapide si gustoase este o misiune uneori dificila. Totusi, avand ca ingrediente fructe, legume si cereale, am  reusit sa pregatesc  o reteta care sa ii placa celui mai pretentios membru al familiei cand vine vorba de mancare.

Pentru ca nu ii ofer fetitei mele zahar si ma feresc de alimentele care contin conservanti sau coloranti, apreciez  ca cerealele Aptamil nu contin aceste ingrediente ce pot duce in timp la probleme de sanatate. In plus, cerealele contin fier si iod, dar si alte vitamine care ajuta la mentinerea imunitatii organismului. Am ales combinatia cu legume si fructe tocmai pentru a ma asigura ca vitaminele si mineralele sunt obsorbite in cantitate cat mai mare in organism. Piersicile contin vitamina C si ajuta la absorbtia fierului, iar morcovii sunt bogati in vitamina A.

Ingrediente

  • Aptamil 7 cereale – 6 linguri
  • Un pahar de lapte de migdale
  • 1/ 2 morcov razuit
  • 1/2 piersica razuita
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 lingurita de nuci maruntite
  • 1 lingura de stafide

Mod de preparare

Primul pas este amestecarea laptelui cu cerealele Aptamil, astfel incat compozitia sa fie moale si omogena.

Se razuie morcovul si piersica (se poate folosi si mar daca bebelusul nu prefera piersica). Banana se taie felii si apoi se marunteste cu furculita. Se maruntesc si nucile (ori folosind cutitul sau furculita, ori se pot toca fin folosind o rasnita).

Se amesteca apoi cerealele cu morcovul, bananele si piersica pana cand devine toata compozitia omogena. La final se adauga nucile si stafidele.

Fetita mea a fost incantata de acest mic dejun sanatos si gustos care ii asigura energia pentru prima parte a zilei.
